My name is Al Charron and I am chairman of our village fishing derby.Our event will be held on July 18th this year from 7am-12noon. We are 100% non-profit all donations and activities are for the benifit of area youth.
I am contacting you because I'm trying to put together a small car show for the kids.I have a commitment from Robbie Speed to bring the car he races at the valley,I would love to have a variety of vehicles on display for the enjoyment of the kids and thier parents.
We also have commitments from the Col.Co.Sheriffs,Philmont P.D.,and an enviromental educater to participate in our day of family fun.
I Would like to start lining the vehicles up at 9am so that they will be in place at 10am when fishing ends.This would give the people some entertainment while we orginize prizes for the winners.
